Dr. Jojo brings over 20 years of global leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, education, and executive coaching. As former Chief Learning Officer at Meta and Majid Al Futtaim, she designed learning ecosystems for tens of thousands of employees across dozens of countries. She holds a PhD in Leadership, an MBA-F from Oxford, and is an ICF-certified coach. As Dean of TEO Programs, she ensures every session builds real-world leadership capacity in young founders.
